Yes, it would be quite a surprise if a repeat guest walked in without knowing. I've never stayed there, but we did drive by the other day to take a look. They have added wooden fences on the balconies to shield guests from people like us driving by on the street. The only thing we noticed was a fully clothed couple having a loud argument near the door of the hotel: otherwise, everything seemed normal, and most people outside would see no evidence that it was a clothing-optional resort. The CB city commission has discussed this and has asked their attorney to recommend appropriate action, which could include a strategy of containment rather than outright banning.
Finally got to go back to parking lot I saw a big sign before lot 1 that said "Warning - you Male first timer. Checked this off my bucket list.
